As we come into the summer months a lot of flash backs pop into my head, I always dreaded cooking in the kitchen. I love cooking no matter what but when your suited in a black chef coat, black pants, and boots with your hair wrapped and about 20 burners, a pasta boiler, and flat top searing your flesh in an over 110 degree kitchen its not fun.
